Our translations are typically delivered as an editable Microsoft Word document (.docx). If you need another format such as .pages, .txt, .rtf, etc. we can most likely accommodate. Our translations only include basic formatting. If you have complex formatting, please contact us and include a detailed description of your needs.

If you provide us editable source files (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, editable PDFs, etc.), we will be able to maintain the document’s original layout and formatting by overwriting the text without changing the layout or format.

We can turnaround a document of 900 words within 24 hours or less, however please note that jobs are scheduled on a FIFO basis and only after we receive confirmation or when payment is made. Turnaround time increases as the word count in your documents increases. Estimates are provided during enquiry and on quotes.

We only use 100% human translation carried out by professional translators. Our translators are based all over the world and typically have a minimum of 10 years of experience as professional translators. Many carry a variety of accreditations and certifications, but this varies per translator as there is no standard worldwide accreditation or certification for translators.

Certified Translations are usually only required for official documents like Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Transcripts, academic results, etc.

If you require your translations to be certified, please let us know where you will be sending the translated documents to as different countries have different requirements.

Prices vary based on the length, difficulty, and format of your texts. To give an idea, our average price to date has been around RM0.45 per source word (around RM120 per standard page). For more information you can contact our project managers via email.

There is no minimum order size. However, we will impose a minimum charge of 300 words as starting price to cover our management and production costs.

For all new customers we will only begin work after a partial or full payment is made. For our repeat customers, we may offer a monthly billing option or 30 day credit.

Yes. We provide SDS translation and can help align terminology and section structure for bilingual documentation. Share your SDS and target languages when requesting a quote.

We can advise on notarisation and legalisation requirements and guide you through the steps if your receiver requires it. Requirements vary by country and institution.
